Côte Ouest Bistro is a contemporary French bistro led by partners Laurent Monchicourt & Martin Sarraih. In April, 2021, the pair transformed the former Baker Street Bistro into a modern 21st century neighborhood gem.
A native of Béarn and former executive chef of Le Garage, Sarrailh's menu features wonderful French classics, as well as a selection of specialties Basquaise.
The renovated space is carefully overseen by Monchicourt, a Brittany native, and expert in the metier of service, It embodies French joie de vie, where guests savor simple, yet refined food, complimented by the perfect wine, and revel in the company of those around them.
